ABOUT THE ROLE
Working closely with the Founder, the Growth Manager will be responsible for defining the growth strategy, execution, and optimisation of the brand in line with overall business objectives.
As the Growth Manager, you will be responsible for both user acquisition and brand building across owned, earned and paid online channels. The role requires someone who is naturally curious and will lead the identification, exploration, and prioritisation of new opportunities, channels and strategies to drive user acquisition.
They will drive the creative development and execution of high performing campaigns and innovative assets tailored to each channel.
They are well versed in managing performance metrics (LTV, CAC, etc) and will be in charge of monthly ad spend budgets. They work efficiently with colleagues to measure all activities for effectiveness and adjust the media mix where necessary.
In this role the candidate will drive a customer-first culture at all levels and be accountable for the performance and user adoption of online to offline initiatives across the business. They will focus on improving performance against qualitative and quantitative metrics to drive a best in class customer experience.
